Brittany Place subdivision is a great place to live in the city of Knoxville.  Our friendly neighborhood of 88 homes is located close to the major roads of Middlebrook Pike, Kingston Pike and I-40 that gives us convenient access to move around the city.  We are located within a few miles of a major Knoxville shopping development, West Town Mall, and many restaurants and retail shops.
