| Reminder Regarding Several Brittany Place Covenants |
|
• No storage sheds or above ground swimming pools permitted
• All dogs must be on a leash when outside unless the owner’s yard is fenced or has an invisible fence installed.
• If you walk your dog within the subdivision, it is the owner’s responsibility to pick up any waste.
• Trailers, boats, campers are not permitted on driveways or yards.
• No parking on the street or on lawns (the only exception is for family/friend gatherings.
• Per the City of Knoxville Ordinance, unlicensed motorized vehicles (go-carts, 4 wheelers, scooters, etc.) are not allowed on Brittany Place streets.

Annual Dues Notification For
Brittany Place Association of Homeowners
The Board of Directors have set the dues for 2026 at $150 per household. We have 86 homes within the subdivision, $12,900 would be added to the HOA account. The HOA balance
as of November is $16,800. Our account continues to improve, and we are in good financial standing. Maintaining a positive account balance allows the HOA to be in a better position to cover unexpected/unplanned expenses.
Please note that after January 31, 2026, a late fee of $20 will be assessed.
Dues that are not received by April 30, 2026, will be referred to collection.
2026 Brittany Place HOA dues of $150.00 are payable now.

The Knoxville 311 Center for Service and Innovation is for Knoxville residents to access information regarding services provided by Knoxville. When a person calls 311, a customer service representative will enter the request into the City’s tracking system and submit to the appropriate City Department.
